Facilitation skills in supervisor training
The supervisor’s and project manager’s duties include guiding his or her team towards the set targets. There are plenty of challenges along the way, time is often short, and the targets are set high.

A mentoring senior as guide and support for a junior is a form of expertise-sharing that is not used often enough. Valuable knowledge is left unused because there is no channel for sharing it.
