Facilitation skills in supervisor training

The supervisor’s and project manager’s duties include guiding his or her team towards the set targets. There are plenty of challenges along the way, time is often short, and the targets are set high.

Teams need an opportunity for continuing learning and development in their work and they need their leaders to possess facilitation skills in order to find a correct and rapid way to attain the targets.

Mentoring as customary in the company

A mentoring senior as guide and support for a junior is a form of expertise-sharing that is not used often enough. Valuable knowledge is left unused because there is no channel for sharing it.
